Description

Our Heavy Duty Pallet Racking is a selective pallet rack system designed for high-density warehouse storage of palletized automotive parts, steel pallets, containers and heavy goods. The upright frames and horizontal beams form a strong, modular structure that supports multiple pallet levels and direct forklift access to every pallet position.

The beam levels are fully adjustable, so the racking can be reconfigured as pallet sizes and inventory change. Each upright and beam is sized for the rack's load requirements, and safety accessories such as column guards, foot plates and beam locks can be added for stability in busy forklift areas.

The structure is finished with powder coating or galvanizing for long-term industrial use. Frame height, depth, beam length, level count and load capacity are all engineered around your pallet dimensions, warehouse layout and material flow.

Main Features

  • Selective design — direct forklift access to every pallet
  • Adjustable beam levels for different pallet heights
  • High load capacity per beam level
  • Strong upright frames with bracing for stability
  • Teardrop / boltless beam connection for easy setup
  • Column guards and foot plates available for safety
  • Powder-coated or galvanized finish
  • Custom height, depth and bay length

Common Applications

  • Palletized automotive parts storage
  • Steel pallet and metal container storage
  • Bulk and heavy goods warehousing
  • Raw material and finished goods storage
  • Distribution and logistics centers
  • Factory warehouse and back-of-line storage
  • Cold storage and general industrial warehouses
  • High-bay and multi-level storage systems

Customization Information

To design a pallet racking system for your warehouse, please provide:

  • Pallet dimensions and loaded weight
  • Number of pallet levels required
  • Warehouse floor area and ceiling height
  • Forklift type and aisle width
  • Total pallet positions needed
  • Surface treatment and safety accessory requirements
We will design a pallet racking layout that maximizes storage capacity while keeping every pallet safely accessible.

Heavy Duty Pallet Racking — Frequently Asked Questions

What load capacity does the pallet racking support?+

Beam levels are typically engineered for 1,000–4,000 kg per level, with uprights and beams sized to your pallet weight, beam length and number of levels. We provide load ratings for each configuration.

What is the MOQ and lead time for pallet racking?+

Pallet racking is quoted by the bay or by warehouse project rather than a fixed unit MOQ. Samples/first bays take about 7–15 days and full production 4–8 weeks depending on scale.

Is this selective racking with access to every pallet?+

Yes. It is a selective pallet rack system, so a forklift can reach every pallet position directly. Adjustable teardrop beams let you reconfigure levels as pallet sizes change.

Can you design the racking to my warehouse and forklift?+

Yes. Provide your pallet dimensions and loaded weight, number of levels, floor area, ceiling height, forklift type and aisle width, and we engineer a layout that maximizes capacity while keeping every pallet safely accessible.

What safety accessories and finishes are available?+

We offer column guards, foot plates and beam locks for busy forklift areas, with powder-coated or galvanized finishes for long-term industrial use. Racking ships knocked-down and is protected for sea freight (FOB/CIF).
