Many of our metal racks and containers can be designed with stackable or foldable structures. These designs help save warehouse space and reduce return transportation costs.

Price is based on the steel weight and size, structural complexity, surface finish (powder coating, paint or galvanizing) and order quantity. Because every rack is custom, we provide a firm quotation after reviewing your part drawings, load and quantity — and as a factory we quote direct, without trading-company markup. Larger volumes and standardized designs lower the unit price.

Our typical MOQ is 20–50 units for custom welded racks, trolleys and containers, and around 50–100 units for steel pallets and wire mesh containers. Because each design is custom-engineered, we can also accept smaller trial orders so you can validate the design before committing to volume.

Yes. We build and test a sample before mass production so you can confirm the design fits your parts and process. A sample usually takes 7–15 days; the sample fee depends on complexity and can often be credited toward your bulk order. Tell us your part details and we will confirm the sample cost and timing.

We typically work on T/T (bank transfer) — a deposit to start production and the balance before shipment — and can arrange L/C for larger orders. Terms can be discussed for ongoing cooperation. We support FOB and CIF, so you can use your own freight forwarder or let us arrange shipping.

Yes, we offer both. OEM means we manufacture to your existing drawings and specifications; ODM means our engineers design the product for you from your part samples, photos, load and handling requirements. Most customers use ODM — we develop the rack around their parts, then refine it after a sample test.

Yes. We can add your logo or nameplate to the products, finish them in your brand color, and ship in neutral (unbranded) packaging so the goods arrive ready for your customers. Let us know your branding and packaging requirements when you request a quote.

Production usually takes 4–8 weeks after sample approval, and sea freight typically adds 2–6 weeks depending on destination. We ship worldwide on FOB or CIF terms and work with your forwarder; samples can go by air or express. Stackable and foldable designs lower freight cost by fitting more units per container.

Yes. We provide a quality warranty on the welded steel structure, and wear parts such as casters, rubber pads and locking bars are replaceable and easy to re-order. We keep your design on file so reorders match exactly, and our engineers support any handling or fit questions after delivery.

Every order goes through a structured quality-control process — material checks, weld inspection, load and stacking tests, and pre-shipment inspection. Material and load-test reports can be provided with your order, and we can discuss any specific certifications your project requires. Please tell us your quality and documentation needs up front.
