Many of our metal racks and containers can be designed with stackable or foldable structures. These designs help save warehouse space and reduce return transportation costs.

Price is based on the steel weight and size, structural complexity, surface finish (powder coating, paint or galvanizing) and order quantity. Because every rack is custom, we provide a firm quotation after reviewing your part drawings, load and quantity. HAOFU quotes the approved configuration directly; any volume effect is confirmed in the project quotation rather than assumed as a universal discount.

Our typical MOQ is about 20–50 units for custom welded racks, trolleys and containers, and smaller trial orders may be accepted. Steel pallet and wire mesh container quantities are confirmed from the selected design and production method. Share the target quantity so the quotation reflects the actual project.

Yes. A project sample can be built for fit, access and handling review before mass production. The current planning range is about 7–15 days, depending on complexity and confirmed inputs. Sample cost, validation scope and whether any fee is credited are stated in the project quotation rather than assumed.

Payment and trade terms are confirmed in the project quotation. T/T and, where agreed, L/C can be discussed for an order. FOB or CIF can be quoted according to the buyer's freight arrangement, destination and documentation requirements.

Yes, we offer both. OEM means we manufacture to your approved drawings and specifications; ODM means our engineers develop the configuration from part samples, photos, load and handling requirements. The chosen route and sample-review scope are confirmed for the actual project.

Yes. We can add your logo or nameplate to the products, finish them in your brand color, and ship in neutral (unbranded) packaging so the goods arrive ready for your customers. Let us know your branding and packaging requirements when you request a quote.

Production planning is typically about 25–45 days after the approved inputs and sample stage, depending on quantity and finish. International transit time depends on destination, route and carrier. HAOFU manufactures in China and can work with the buyer's forwarder or quote an agreed trade term; packing density is reviewed for the selected rack design.

Yes. We provide a quality warranty on the welded steel structure, and wear parts such as casters, rubber pads and locking bars are replaceable and easy to re-order. We keep your design on file so reorders match exactly, and our engineers support any handling or fit questions after delivery.

Every order follows a documented quality-control process that can include material verification, dimensional and weld inspection, finish checks and pre-shipment inspection. Load or stacking validation is performed when it is part of the approved project plan. HAOFU's confirmed company certification and project-specific documents should be requested before quotation approval.
