Steel Pallets
HAOFU develops custom steel pallets around the actual unit load, handling equipment, storage condition and transfer interfaces. Fork entry, deck format, retention features and validation requirements are reviewed together rather than selected from a universal pallet specification.

Description
Our Steel Pallets use welded steel frames and reinforced base structures to support industrial loads. Flat decks, mesh decks, steel plates, removable posts, side frames, and locking devices can be added according to the product and handling process.
The pallet structure can be designed for forklift handling, crane lifting, stacking, or production-line use. According to the application, the pallet can include two-way or four-way forklift entry, lifting points, removable frames, locating blocks, wheels, covers, and identification plates.
Stackable structures can help reduce warehouse floor use. Removable or foldable posts can reduce return transport space when the pallets are empty. The deck structure can also be changed according to the size, shape, and support points of the products.
The surface can be finished with powder coating, paint, or galvanizing according to the use environment. Each pallet can be developed based on customer drawings, product samples, photos, load requirements, and factory conditions.

Steel-pallet inputs for forklifts, conveyors and automation
A custom steel pallet begins with the real unit load and route. Before a drawing is confirmed, provide the loaded pallet condition, fork or pallet-jack access, any conveyor, shuttle or AS/RS interface, storage orientation, transfer points and the system owner’s acceptance requirements. The AS/RS steel-pallet interface guide explains why those interfaces need project-specific review; the steel-versus-wood comparison helps buyers separate material choice from validation. Send the equipment manual and controlled load information through customization for a project review.

Steel Pallets — Frequently Asked Questions
What is the MOQ for steel pallets?+
Typical MOQ is 50–100 pallets, with smaller trial orders possible for custom sizes. Standardized designs can be quoted at better unit pricing in larger volumes.
What load capacity can the steel pallets handle?+
Historical steel-pallet configurations have included 1,000–4,000 kg, but that is not a universal or new-project rating. The approved deck, frame, forklift entry, load case and validation plan determine the final value.
Two-way or four-way forklift entry — which can you make?+
Both. We build two-way or four-way entry pallets, with flat or mesh decks, stacking posts or removable frames, based on your handling equipment and stacking needs.
Can pallets be galvanized for outdoor or washdown use?+
Yes. Beyond powder coating and paint, we offer electro-galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing for outdoor, humid or washdown environments — just tell us the use conditions.
How are steel pallets packed and shipped for export?+
Pallets stack to save container space and are strapped/protected for sea freight. We support FOB/CIF and provide loading plans to maximize pallets per container.
