Wire Mesh Containers
Wire Mesh Containers are used to store, handle, and transport parts, boxes, components, and production materials. Each container can be customized according to the product size, load weight, handling method, and warehouse process. The mesh structure allows workers to see the contents while keeping the items inside the container. These containers can be used in factories, warehouses, assembly areas, and return transport systems.

Description
Our Wire Mesh Containers use welded steel wire panels and reinforced base frames to support storage and transport. The container can include mesh sides, steel bases, front gates, lids, dividers, wheels, forklift pockets, and identification plates.
The front gate can help workers load and unload parts without removing the items above. Foldable structures can reduce the space required when the containers are empty. Stackable designs can also help use warehouse height and reduce floor use.
The base can be designed for forklift handling, pallet truck handling, or manual movement. According to the application, the container can include two-way or four-way forklift entry, swivel casters, fixed wheels, brakes, removable panels, and locking devices.
The mesh size, wire diameter, load capacity, and container dimensions can be changed according to the products being stored. The surface can be finished with powder coating, paint, electro-galvanizing, or hot-dip galvanizing according to the use environment.
Each container can be developed based on customer drawings, product samples, photos, load requirements, and factory conditions.

Wire Mesh Containers — Frequently Asked Questions
What is the MOQ for wire mesh containers?+
Typical MOQ is 50–100 containers, with smaller trial orders accepted for custom mesh sizes and dimensions. Higher volumes receive better unit pricing.
Are the containers collapsible, and how much space do they save?+
Yes. Collapsible (foldable) wire mesh containers fold down when empty — often to around a quarter of their assembled height — which dramatically cuts return freight and storage space. Stackable designs also use warehouse height when loaded.
What is the lead time?+
Samples take about 7–15 days and production 4–8 weeks, depending on quantity, mesh specification and finish.
Can I choose the mesh size, load and galvanizing?+
Yes. Mesh aperture, wire diameter, load capacity and dimensions are all customizable, with powder coating, electro-galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing to match your environment.
How are wire mesh containers packed and shipped?+
Collapsed containers ship flat to maximize units per container and lower sea-freight cost. We support FOB/CIF and provide packing/loading details.
