Privacy Policy

How HAOFU Machinery collects, uses and protects your information — including cookies, analytics and Facebook/Meta advertising.

Last updated: June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how HAOFU Machinery (“HAOFU”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit haofumachinery.com (the “Site”), submit an inquiry, or interact with our advertising on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

We are a business-to-business manufacturer of custom metal logistics racks and material handling equipment. We collect only the information needed to respond to your business inquiries, run and measure our marketing, and operate the Site.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide. When you submit a contact or inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any message or product details you choose to share.
  • Usage and device data. Pages viewed, referring website, approximate location (country level), browser language, device type and similar analytics data, collected to understand how the Site is used and to improve it.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Small identifiers stored in your browser to remember your session, measure traffic, and support advertising (see Section 4).
  • Advertising data. When you reach us from a Facebook/Meta or other ad, we may receive aggregated campaign data and, via advertising pixels, events such as page views and inquiry submissions.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not sell your personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide quotations, samples and customer support.
  • To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site and our products.
  • To measure website traffic and the performance of our marketing campaigns.
  • To deliver, target and measure advertising on Facebook/Meta and other platforms.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

3. Facebook / Meta Advertising

We promote our products through advertising on Facebook and Instagram (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.). To run and measure these campaigns we may use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s advertising tools, which use cookies and similar technologies to record actions you take on our Site (such as visiting a page or submitting an inquiry).

This helps us show relevant ads, build audiences, and understand whether our advertising is effective. The information shared with Meta is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can control how ads are personalised to you in your Facebook Ad Preferences and through your browser cookie settings.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use first-party analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. These may store a randomly generated visitor identifier in your browser; it is not used to identify you personally. We also use the advertising cookies described in Section 3.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Site features, but you can still browse our product pages and contact us.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our business:

  • Service providers — hosting, email delivery and analytics providers that process data on our behalf.
  • Advertising platforms — Meta and similar networks, as described in Section 3.
  • Legal reasons — when required by law, regulation or valid legal process.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship, and analytics data for a limited period for reporting. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights — including a request to delete your data — contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the data we hold.

9. International Transfers

We are based in Chongqing, China. If you contact us from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in China and other countries where we or our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Site and products are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
