Material Handling Trolleys

Material Handling Trolleys

Material Handling Trolleys are used to move parts, tools, and materials between warehouses, production lines, workstations, and loading areas. Each trolley can be customized according to the product size, load weight, handling route, and factory process. The trolleys help workers move materials with less lifting and fewer handling steps. They can be used for automotive parts, machine components, tools, boxes, panels, and production materials.

Description

Our Material Handling Trolleys use welded steel frames and industrial casters to support factory transport. Shelves, part holders, dividers, plastic blocks, rubber pads, and locking bars can be added according to the items being moved.

The trolley structure can be designed for manual pushing, tugger train use, forklift handling, or production-line delivery. According to the work process, the trolley can include handles, brakes, swivel casters, fixed casters, tow bars, forklift pockets, doors, shelves, covers, and identification plates.

The wheel type, wheel diameter, and brake system can be selected according to the load, floor condition, turning space, and travel distance. Stackable or foldable structures can also be developed when storage or return transport space needs to be reduced.

The surface can be finished with powder coating, paint, or galvanizing according to the use environment. Each trolley can be developed based on customer drawings, part samples, photos, load requirements, and factory conditions.

Material Handling Trolleys — Frequently Asked Questions

What is the MOQ for material handling trolleys?+

We typically start at 20–50 trolleys, with smaller trial orders possible for custom designs. Share your target volume and we will confirm pricing and feasibility.

How long does production take?+

A confirmed sample takes about 7–15 days; full production usually runs 4–8 weeks depending on quantity, wheel type and finish.

What wheels, brakes and handling options can I choose?+

Wheel type, diameter and brake system are selected for your load, floor condition, travel distance and turning space. Trolleys can be built for manual pushing, tugger-train towing or forklift handling, with swivel/fixed casters, handles, tow bars and forklift pockets.

Can trolleys be made to my drawings and factory route?+

Yes. Provide product dimensions and weight, quantity carried per trolley, handling method and your aisle/turning limits, and we design the trolley around your process, then adjust after a sample test.

How are trolleys packed for export?+

Trolleys are packed to protect casters and frames during sea freight, and stackable or knock-down designs can reduce container volume. We support FOB/CIF and coordinate with your forwarder.
