Description

Custom automotive parts racks locate, protect and present a defined vehicle component through storage, plant handling and transport. HAOFU develops each welded steel frame from the buyer's controlled part data, permitted contact points, loading sequence and equipment interfaces. Final dimensions, payload, dunnage and stack condition are project-specific.

Common programmes include body and trim components, glass, seats, axles, engine and transmission parts, EV battery components and other assemblies that need repeatable positioning. Depending on the actual route, a rack can include non-metal contact materials, dividers, straps, locking bars, forklift pockets, casters, covers, shelves, doors or identification plates.

Yes. Send your part drawings, photos or samples plus part weight, quantity per rack and handling method (forklift, manual or line-side), and our engineers design the rack around your parts, then refine it after a sample test.

How are the racks packed and shipped for export?+

Racks are designed to be stackable or foldable to save container space and are protected for sea freight. We support FOB and CIF terms, work with your freight forwarder, and provide packing details that maximize the number of units per container to lower freight cost.
