Stackable Metal Racks

Stackable Metal Racks

Stackable Metal Racks are used to store and move parts while making use of warehouse height. Each rack can be customized according to the product size, load weight, stacking height, and handling method. The racks help reduce floor use and keep parts in order during storage and transport. They can be used for automotive parts, machine components, tools, panels, castings, and production materials.

Description

Our Stackable Metal Racks use welded steel frames and stacking feet to support storage in vertical layers. Part holders, shelves, dividers, plastic blocks, rubber pads, and locking bars can be added according to the items being stored.

The rack structure can be designed for forklift handling, crane lifting, manual loading, or production-line use. According to the work process, the rack can include forklift pockets, lifting points, removable posts, doors, shelves, covers, and identification plates.

The stacking structure is designed to keep each rack in position when units are placed on top of one another. The number of stacking layers depends on the rack load, frame structure, warehouse height, and handling equipment.

Foldable or removable parts can also be added to reduce return transport space when the racks are empty. The surface can be finished with powder coating, paint, or galvanizing according to the use environment.

Each rack can be developed based on customer drawings, part samples, photos, load requirements, stacking needs, and factory conditions.

Stackable Metal Racks — Frequently Asked Questions

What is the MOQ for stackable metal racks?+

Typical MOQ is 20–50 racks, with smaller trial orders accepted for custom stackable designs so you can test stacking and handling before volume production.

How many racks can be stacked, and what is the load?+

Stacking height depends on the rack load, frame structure, warehouse height and handling equipment — typically 3–5 racks high with 500–2,000 kg per rack. We confirm the safe stacking limit with a load and stack test before production.

What is the lead time?+

Samples take about 7–15 days and mass production 4–8 weeks, depending on quantity and finish.

Are the racks foldable to save return-transport space?+

Yes. Foldable or removable-post designs collapse the empty racks to cut return freight, while the stacking structure keeps loaded racks stable. Tell us your return-logistics plan and we design accordingly.

How are stackable racks packed and shipped?+

Empty racks nest or fold to maximize units per container, and we protect them for sea freight. FOB/CIF supported, with packing details provided to lower freight cost.
