Custom Metal Containers

Custom Metal Containers are designed to store, handle, and transport parts, components, tools, and production materials. Each container can be developed according to the product size, shape, weight, protection needs, and handling process. The containers help keep products in position during storage and transport. They can be used in automotive plants, machinery factories, warehouses, assembly lines, and returnable logistics systems.

Description

Our Custom Metal Containers use welded steel frames and steel panels to support industrial storage and transport. The structure can include solid sides, mesh panels, lids, doors, shelves, dividers, wheels, forklift pockets, and identification plates.

Internal supports can be added according to the shape and contact points of the products. Plastic blocks, rubber pads, foam, straps, and locking bars can help reduce movement and contact during handling and transport.

The container base can be designed for forklift handling, pallet truck handling, manual movement, or production-line use. According to the application, the container can include two-way or four-way forklift entry, swivel casters, fixed wheels, brakes, lifting points, and tow bars.

Stackable structures can help use warehouse height and reduce floor use. Foldable or removable panels can reduce return transport space when the containers are empty. Doors and drop-down panels can also be added to support loading and unloading.

The surface can be finished with powder coating, paint, electro-galvanizing, or hot-dip galvanizing according to the use environment. Each container can be developed based on customer drawings, product samples, photos, load requirements, and factory conditions.

Custom Metal Containers — Frequently Asked Questions

What is the MOQ for custom metal containers?+

Typical MOQ is 20–50 containers, with trial orders possible because each container is engineered to your parts. Share your quantity and we will confirm pricing.

How long does a custom metal container take to produce?+

A confirmed sample takes about 7–15 days, then mass production runs 4–8 weeks depending on quantity, panel type and finish.

What internal protection can be added for fragile parts?+

We add internal supports matched to your part shape and contact points — plastic blocks, rubber pads, foam, straps and locking bars — to stop movement and prevent surface damage during handling and transport.

Can containers be stackable or foldable for return logistics?+

Yes. Stackable structures use warehouse height, while foldable or removable panels reduce return-transport space when the containers are empty. Doors and drop-down panels make loading and unloading easier.

How are custom metal containers packed and shipped?+

Containers are stacked or knocked down to save container volume and protected for sea freight. We support FOB/CIF and coordinate loading plans with your forwarder.
