Automotive Parts Storage Shelving

Automotive Parts Storage Shelving

HAOFU develops automotive parts storage shelving around the stored unit, picking method, aisle access and warehouse layout. Shelf levels, bay dimensions and handling requirements are confirmed from the actual parts and storage plan rather than a one-size shelving specification.

Description

Automotive parts storage shelving is specified around the stored unit, picking method, aisle access and warehouse layout. HAOFU reviews the part or carton dimensions, weight distribution, required shelf levels, access method and storage condition before confirming a shelving arrangement. Final bay dimensions, shelf configuration and load requirements remain project-specific.

For a usable shelving review, send the stored-unit list, required stock locations, floor plan, ceiling height, aisle/access equipment and any buyer handling or inspection requirements. This keeps the storage layout connected to the way parts are received, picked and replenished.

Our Automotive Parts Storage Shelving can use a boltless, multi-tier metal shelving structure for organized warehouse storage of automotive parts and packaged components. Adjustable shelf levels help accommodate brake discs, exhaust manifolds, bumpers, wheel housings, plastic trims and boxed parts when the approved storage plan calls for them.

The boltless (rivet) connection allows fast assembly and easy shelf-height adjustment without tools, so the shelving can adapt as your parts and inventory change. Shelf beams and panels are sized to the load of each level, keeping heavy castings on lower tiers and lighter packaged parts above.

The shelving is finished with powder coating for long-term use in factories, warehouses and parts distribution centers. Frame height, depth, shelf count and load capacity are all developed around your storage space and the parts you handle.

Main Features

  • Boltless rivet structure for fast, tool-free assembly

Customization Information

To develop storage shelving for your warehouse, please provide:

  • Part types, dimensions and weight
  • Required shelf levels and load per level
  • Available floor area and ceiling height
  • Aisle width and forklift or manual access

Automotive Parts Storage Shelving — Frequently Asked Questions

What is the load capacity per shelf level?+

Historical shelving configurations have included 100–500 kg per level, but this is not a universal rating. The shelf span, frame, stored units, anchorage and site requirements determine the approved value.

What is the MOQ and lead time for storage shelving?+

Shelving is quoted by project or unit count. The historical timing reference is about 7–15 days for a sample and about 25–45 days for production, subject to the project quotation.

Is the shelving really boltless and adjustable?+

Yes. The rivet (boltless) connection assembles quickly without tools and lets you adjust shelf heights as your parts and inventory change.

Can you design the shelving to fit my warehouse layout?+

Yes. Provide your part types, weights, required shelf levels, floor area, ceiling height and aisle/forklift access, and we design a layout that maximizes storage density while keeping parts easy to pick.

How is the shelving packed and shipped for export?+

Boltless shelving ships knocked-down (flat-packed) to minimize container volume and is protected for sea freight. We support FOB/CIF with packing and assembly details.
