What in-house production controls
When design, welding, finishing and inspection happen under one roof, the engineer who sized the structure can see the weld that carries it and the inspection that signs it off. Split those stages across separate workshops and the feedback loop breaks — which is exactly where inconsistent racks come from.

- Do you inspect every rack before shipment?
- Yes. Final inspection covers dimensions, weld quality, finish and function against the approved sample, and it is documented as part of our ISO 9001 quality system rather than done informally.
- Can I visit the factory in person?
- Yes — customers are welcome at our production bases in Chongqing, Jinhua and Anhui. If travel is not practical we can run a live video tour instead, which most overseas buyers find just as useful for verification.
